Who I am:
I’m a mom, homemaker, and lifelong builder — of businesses, systems, and eventually, a home-centered life that actually works.
I’m a busy mother of three living my dream life in rural Oregon. I became a mom at 24 and spent several years as a full-time homemaker before eventually stepping out of the home to pursue the entrepreneurial dreams I had always carried.
Over the years, I’ve owned and worked in multiple businesses, including construction, real estate investing, and real estate sales. Through those experiences, I learned how to organize complex projects, manage competing priorities, and make big decisions with limited time and resources.
Eventually, burnout caught up with me. As my kids became teens and pre-teens, I felt a strong pull to return home and care for our household in a more intentional and meaningful way. When I transitioned back into full-time homemaking, I felt content at first — but once things were “in order,” I found myself unexpectedly stuck.
There was plenty to do, yet no clear structure. Some days it was like my hair was on fire. I forgot simple things, let the laundry rot in the washer and hit the drive-thru for dinner. Other days after the house was cleaned for the day, I often found myself doom scrolling, watching too much TV, or dreaming up yet another business idea — even though I knew, deep down, that our family functioned more peacefully when I was fully present at home.
When I transitioned into full-time homemaking, I noticed something surprising:
the skills I had used to run businesses were the exact skills missing from the way most people are expected to run their homes.
Like many parents, I found myself busy all day — yet still feeling behind, scattered, and mentally overloaded. There were endless tasks, no clear structure, and very little guidance on how to manage a household with intention rather than reaction.
That’s where The Family CEO was born.
I created The Family CEO to bring structure, clarity, and leadership principles into everyday home life — without hustle culture, perfectionism, or rigid routines. This business is built from real experience: managing teams and projects, running households, and learning how to prioritize what actually matters.
Today, my goal is simple:
to help parents and homemakers feel confident, capable, and purposeful in the work they’re already doing — by giving them practical systems that support real life.
Why I Believe in This System:
I believe in this system because I’ve lived on both sides of it.
I’ve run businesses, managed complex projects, and carried real responsibility — and I’ve also been at home feeling busy all day while wondering why nothing felt finished. The difference wasn’t effort. It was structure.
In business, no one expects success without clear priorities, systems, and planning. Yet at home, parents and homemakers are often expected to “just know” how to manage everything — without tools, training, or support.
This system bridges that gap.
The Family CEO framework is built on one simple truth:
a home runs better when it’s led with intention instead of reaction.
I believe in this system because it doesn’t ask you to do more — it helps you do the right things in the right order. It respects the reality of family life while still providing enough structure to reduce mental load and daily overwhelm.
I’ve seen how small, thoughtful changes — like understanding where your time actually goes, planning your day around real constraints, and setting clear priorities — can completely change how a home feels to live in.
This isn’t about perfection or productivity for productivity’s sake.
It’s about creating calm, confidence, and consistency in a place that deeply affects every part of your life.
My family never stops moving. Sports, school activities, time with friends and family. It feels endless! Once I implemented the concept of The Family CEO our house became more peaceful
That’s why I believe in this system — and why I built The Family CEO to share it.
